Self-Care Checklist!

Everyone likes to think that self-care is a one-day thing. Self-care is a continuous practice. Are your daily actions meeting your daily needs? Here are a couple of questions that can help you determine your self-care level!

  1. Are you eating nourishing food? Drinking enough water?

  2. Staying clean? Taking care of your daily hygiene?

  3. Exercising? Daily?

  4. Sleeping for at least 6 to 8 hours?

  5. Recognizing your hard work? Rewarding yourself?

  6. Aware of how you feel? Recharging when you are drained?

As seen below, I spend my Sundays reading and drinking tea. That is how I recharge and get ready for the new week. Self-care is very crucial to your mental, physical, and spiritual health.
